FUTURE WINES ORDERS

The price of future wines is expressed out of tax and delivery fees, the latter being due at the effective rate of VAT on the date of delivery.

The payment of the goods has to be fully made at the time of order either by cheque to the order of TRIDIS SAS, or by credit card or bank transfer.

The amount of taxes and delivery fees applicable are mentioned on our checkout page.

The order will only be taken into account after payment of a deposit of the total amount of the price excluding tax. As soon as we receive this deposit, we will send you a paid pro forma invoice that serves as a title deed.
If, between the time of invoicing and delivery of the order, taxes or duties change, the additional invoice will take these new elements into account, both downwards and upwards.

The date of availability of these wines may vary depending on the region and the castle (from 2 to 3 years). Until delivery, your wines are insured against any damage at the initial purchase value, either by the châteaux or by us.

If some wines are unavailable (due to a problem at the castle : damage during delivery or other), for which a third party is responsible, the seller will endeavour to offer you a replacement solution including compensation if it is proven that there is a financial loss (excluding quotation) and/or moral prejudice directly linked to this cancellation.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of seven (7) days from the date of delivery to return the product for exchange or refund. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in good condition, and with the original invoice.

Partially or fully opened products will be deducted from the refund amount. In the case o f a return, the delivery fees remain at the buyer's expense.
